Interesting, thought provoking and filled with gile,
This review is from: The Thousand Year War in the Mideast: How It Affects You Today
With the reading of this last book in Mr. Maybury s original nine book series The Thousand Year War in the Mideast,” I have finished them all. I enjoyed them all even though the Clipper Ship was not as good as the rest. Too many funnel stories.
Yes, I have already ordered the WWI and WWII books for my further enjoyment.
I find Richard Maybury a remarkably intellectual thinker and presenter of his view of history, politics, law, various economics factors, and of course many other issues. There is however a great deal of nothing more than his personal opinion on certain issues.
Enjoy them, yes without a doubt? Did I learn from them, I believe that I leaned a great deal? Do I accept every idea or assertion that he makes, no of course not?
He may be brilliant in his presentation, form and style but to accept his assertions as gospel, because I like those qualities, would be foolish indeed. I find some of what he attempts to sell as absolute fact and the other side as he calls it, quite thought provoking; but some of it I find completely unsubstantiated by other works on the same subjects.
In his attempt to get his nephew to see the other side…he quite often seems to blindly and incorrectly “take” the other position as if it were the only possible way of looking at the issue, which is completely inappropriate and often untrue.
For instance, as a former Marine who took great pride in singing from the halls of Montezuma…to the shores of Tripoli and learning the history behind it, I take great exception to his implication that America was nothing more than a complete lackey to the English and the Europeans.
One page 205 he tells us that This will be the first case of the U.S. fighting the Europeans wars for them. I find that an odd lack of research when in the college edition of The National Experience A History of the United States by Blum, McFeeley, Morgan and Schlesinger, Jefferson s determination to stay out of entangling alliances and wars was not undone, by his mere desire or naiveté to be the puppets of the Europeans or the lackeys of some other power; but because he – actually found paying tribute – for immunity from attack to be too costly and humiliating to America. In short it was intolerable to him as President of this nation to grovel to another nation.
This could just as easily be looked upon as a positive step to inventing the concept of international waters and the idea of free trade agreements! In any case, it resulted in an 1805 peace with the Pasha stopping his tributes and later the end of all tributes in that area in 1816, according to their account.
So I believe that Mr. Maybury, although learned and scholarly, has failed to consider all sides of the issue, the times these events were conducted in, and the necessary mentality of those dealing with the world and an emerging new nation and world player. If we would have done nothing, tribute paying would have continued, does he believe that would be a good thing? Encouraging such high seas confrontations?
Could he be implying that we just do as liberals seem to want us to do with incidents of killing, by simply ignoring attacks on our property and the loss of life and write them off? Hey, what s a few dead Americans here or there if we can secure favor with an enemy and understand him or her right? I am glad most of our presidents do not have that mentality, although the last one did, which was a real shame.
In addition as an emerging nation could Mr. Maybury really and truly believe that we should have been isolationist for the last 250 years? Democrats say yes out of one side of their mouths while saying no to any Republican who professes the same concept. It is a good word when they use it but a curse word when someone else does.
If we had been, then we would have gone the way of the Incas, Aztecs, American Indians and the French and just about every other defeated nation or people on earth. Non-involvement except for trade would be a great plan, in a world that never entered into the technological age, or that did not enter into the flying machine age or the age of rocket boosters, or the submarine age or the aircraft carrier age or the nuclear, biological and chemical age.
But that is not the world we live in. If we were still getting around with wooden ships, and balloons and horses and such, it would be fine to espouse those philosophies, but thank God we were flexible and fluid enough to adapt, adjust and become a world power broker and player in those days, and overcome the enemies who would by now be teaching our children how to speak their language by force.
I believe Mr. Maybury s opinion go astray when they do not consider the real world and how it has holistically evolved. Sometimes even bad decisions were for the best of reasons when viewed from the long view. Sure we have made mistakes in the past, but he cannot assure anyone that not making those decisions would have produced any safer a world then we have right now. And the Middle East would be a hot spot with or without our minor involvement. By his own admission it was so long before the USA came onto the scene.
Unless of course he is trying to tell us a world owned, operated and ruled by a completely Islamic regime or tyrants like the Stalin s, Hussein s, Khomeini s, Arrafat s and Hitler s and such would be better for us. If we were the wimps he suggests we should have been in world affairs back then, then that is exactly what the status quo would be today. No it is a good book, but the final solution to history as he sees it is an incorrect one, I think.

Tax Foreclosures occur when a home owner has failed to pay his property taxes and the county seizes the property through a tax foreclosure. Although each county may vary to some degree in regards to the detailed steps, the overall process is virtually the same everywhere.
Much like the mortgage foreclosure process, tax foreclosures must go through the same overall process. Namely the county must:
1. Publicize the pending sale in a local publication for 30 days prior to the sale.
2. Notify all interested parties (home owner, all lien holders, etc) via certified mail.
A. Typically they must send three separate certified mailings.
3. List the amount of past due taxes for which they are foreclosing.
A. This amount will be the opening bid.
4. List the properties minimally by Legal Address, and in some areas, by Physical Address as well.
All winning bidders must be able to pay the entire winning bid in cash or cashiers check on the day of the sale, or in some areas, within 24 hours of the sale.
Most areas will either have one tax sale each year, which is typically held late in the fall, or they may have tax sales on a semi-annual or even a quarterly basis. You will need to contact the county offices in your area to verify the schedules for their tax sales.
One important distinction between a tax foreclosure and a mortgage foreclosure is the tax foreclosure will eliminate all mortgages to include first mortgage. In other words, if a person defaults on their taxes while still paying their mortgage, not only will they lose their property, but the creditor that holds the first mortgage will lose their claim to the property rights along with all the subordinate mortgage holders (seconds, thirds, etc). The only things that will carry over from a tax foreclosure are mechanics liens and a federal tax lien. This is why any mortgage holder will typically step in and “cure” the taxes before the sale so they will not lose their interest in the property.

Everybody say “money”! Everybody say “not guilty”!, July 31, 2002
This review is from: Enemy of the State
Robert Clayton Dean is a D.C. lawyer who’s about to get some kind of twisted Christmas present from an old friend of college: a tape, which reveals a political assassination. Dean doesn’t know he has it, but the people involved in the murder do know. And they are prepared for anything in order to get back that type, even if that means destroying Dean’s life. But Dean isn’t willing to let that happen, even if he doesn’t know why they want to destroy them.
What we got here is an intelligent film directed by Tony Scott and for my taste, the best of his career. But that’s just my opinion. I was a little skeptical at first, because I didn’t think Will Smith could deliver a dramatic performance, but he surprised me, and I am sure I wasn’t the only one. Of course, Gene Hackman, Jason Lee, Jon Voight, Barry Pepper, Jack Black, Seth Green, Jamie Kennedy, Scott Caan, Tom Sizemore and Gabriel Byrne have their good things, too. It’s an awesome cast in my opinion and they all do their job better than one would expect. I can only complaint about the little screen time Gabriel Byrne has, but it’s really ok. And Tom Sizemore, wow, he’s great in this one as an italian mobster and who, in my opinion, has the greatest line in the film.
Note that I only give this film 4 stars, but that’s because of the DVD edition. It is so lame when it could have been so great. The film gets 5 stars, not the DVD.
Maybe the technology shown in the movie is a little overwhelming and for those who are not into the state of the art electronic devices, this film may seem too far-fetched. The music is superb and the main theme is really a beautiful music piece that really grabs the essence of this movie, which is, in my opinion, the end of privacy. How your actions, even in the privacy of your bedroom, your computer, phone calls, e-mail… everything, can be tapped just to ensure national security. Of course, it’s a step beyond, but definitely, very plausible.
What’s more important to you? Privacy or safety? And if it is indeed safety, how do we know that the people monitoring us aren’t using that power for selfish purposes, like depicted in this film. Are we willing to give up our privacy just to feel safe? And how safe would you feel knowing that someone is watching you or listening to every word that comes out of your mouth? “Only privacy that’s left is inside your head and maybe that’s enough” one of the characters says. And after September 11, after many of us lost that sense of security, I am quite sure that this would be an interesting debate. To paraphrase another of the characters, “when buildings start blowing up, people priorities tend to change”. He’s got a point there. But who’s there to tell which person is trustworthy enough for me to trust him my privacy, my life?
As Larry King says in the last line of the film: “how do we draw the line between protection of National Security, obviously the government’s need to obtain intelligence data, and the protection of civil liberties, particularly the sanctity of my home? You’ve got no right to come into my home”.

Excellent, never dull, but the book focuses on a very narrow range of topics., April 23, 2009
This review is from: American Pharaoh: Mayor Richard J. Daley – His Battle for Chicago and the Nation
AMERICAN PHARAOH by Cohen and Taylor contains 614 pages and 16 pages of black and white (not glossy) photographs. The book focuses on Mr. Daley’s technique of ensuring cooperation through the use of patronage jobs, and on Daley’s methods for keeping black people segregated in black-only housing projects. Hundreds and hundreds of pages are devoted to race relations. However, topics relating to business development are given short shrift. Daley’s methods for converting Chicago from its dilapidated state in the 1950s to the gleaming showpiece that it became in the 1970s receive only a few pages of writing. In this regard, AMERICAN PHARAOH is a strangely lopsided book.
PATRONAGE JOBS. Patronage jobs are distinguished from civil service jobs. Patronage jobs are awarded by ward bosses, while civil service jobs are not. The mayor preceding Daley (Martin Kennelly) was anti-patronage and had a war on patronage. He had insisted on using civil service exams in the hiring methods. Patronage workers are government workers who knew their jobs were at stake, unless they contributed time and money to election campaigns. (pages 92, 116, 121, 122). Chicago had 50 wards. Each ward was allotted a number of patronage jobs. For example, Daley’s political base, the 11th ward, had 2,000 patronage jobs (p. 156). For any given branch of city government, from 50-75% might be patronage jobs. Each job applicant needed to document his precinct work, in applying for the job. For Daley’s benefit, each patronage job was equivalent to getting ten free votes (p. 159).
PASSIVE HYPOCRACY. When faced with issues of segregation in schools or public housing, or violence in public housing, Daley responded with “vague expressions of sympathy,” that is, with “passive hypocracy.” Daley’s passive hypocracy is described on pages 134, 172, 322, 340, 403, 410, 431, and 465.
WHY BLACKS VOTED FOR DALEY. Although Daley was against open housing and school integration, blacks voted for him because he handed out patronage jobs (p. 301-302, 339). What also helped Daley is that blacks accepted school segregation, as they didn’t want their kids in hostile white schools (p. 437). Also, blacks (e.g., Kenneth Campbell) worked against school boycotts, while other blacks (e.g., Wendell Green) were apologists for the racist superintendent of public schools (Benjamin Willis) (p. 313-314).
DALEY BUILT BARRIERS TO KEEP SLUMS FROM EXPANDING. Daley used Ryan Expressway (7 lanes in each direction) to separate the white south side from the black belt (p. 188-189, 229). Daley razed 100 acres of slums in between the black belt and the Loop, and in its place built middle class apartments, with rents that would keep poor blacks away (Lake Meadows; Prairie Shores) (p. 176-177). These new apartments were built near important employers (Ill. Inst. Technology, Reese Hospital). In planning the Univ. Illinois at Chicago, Daley made certain that it was built in the Harrison-Halsted neighborhood, just west of the Loop. The goal was for the campus to act as a barrier between black housing to the west (Addams House) and the Loop. In ten years, Harrison-Halsted neighborhood became a white neighborhood (p. 224-233). Slums in Hyde Park (near Univ. Illinois) were razed and replaced with middle class private apartments (University Apartments). Once occupied, the average income in the area increased 70%. University Apts stood as a barrier between the University and the ghettos to the north.
BLACK VS. WHITE HOUSING PROJECTS. To ensure the desired location of new black housing projects, Daley selected his own executive (Alvin Rose) for the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA). In other words, to ensure that new housing projects would be black-only, Daley had them built only in black neighborhoods (p. 201). Massive housing projects were built in 1966. These were black-only (Hilliard, Ickes, Dearborn, Stateway, and Taylor) and white-only (Trumbull Park, Lathrop, Lawndale Gardens). The CHA kept separate waiting lists for the black projects and white projects (p. 331-334). The black housing projects were considered to be “filing cabinets for the poor” and were populated by a disproportionate number of single mothers (p. 183-188).
FUND-RAISING TECHNIQUES. To ensure that people would vote for his bond initiatives, Daley made certain to have them decided in low-turnout elections, that is, April elections, where he could count on votes from his patronage employees (p. 289). To ensure an increased sales tax, Daley side-stepped the voters in city elections, and made use of a loophole that allowed state legislature instead to vote for approval of the city tax. This resulted in more funds for an exposition center, airport, highways, and mass transit (p. 166).
DALEY’S ACCOMPLISHMENTS. In the years before Daley, Chicago was in the state of decline, with losses in manufacturing jobs. Sales in the Loop were plummeting (p. 164). Daley managed to get funding to improve city clinics, street lights, potholes, street sweeping, water fluoridation, paving roads (p. 167-169). Daley’s contribution to O’Hare Airport was to convince the airlines to absorb the cost of operating and expanding the airport. O’Hare was the world’s only self-supporting airport (taxes were not used) (p. 233-237). The Loop revival (1955 to 1970) included Prudential Building, Sears Tower, Equitable Building, Gateway Center, One and Two Illinois Center, Dirksen federal court, Kluczynski Building, Marina City (p. 292-293, 504-505). To ensure success in the Loop revival, Daley hired talented “whiz kids,” not patronage workers (p. 373-377). McCormick Place is another Daley accomplishment (p. 293, 433, 510).
ELIZABETH WOOD. The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) was established in 1937, and the mayor at the time (Kelly) appointed Elizabeth Wood. Wood’s philosophy was “managed integration” where blacks would be moved into a white project, but not in numbers(10-15%) enough to inspire whites to move away, and to make sure that when a white moved out he was replaced with another white. Wood tried to convince CHA to admit blacks to all-white projects. Also, her plan was to admit only higher quality blacks to housing projects (and to refuse the criminal element). Wood refused to hire patronage workers. Eventually, Wood was forced out, and she moved to New York City. Of course, all of Wood’s innovations were eliminated, resulting in a return to strictly all black and all white housing projects (p. 70, 101-109).
FRANCIS KEPPEL. Francis Keppel was U.S. commissioner for education. His job was to ensure compliance with Civil Rights Act of 1964, which required integration standards be met in order to receive federal money for schools. If Chicago failed to meet the integration standards, Chicago would lose $32 million. At this time, controversy surrounded these schools: Fenger (white only), Altgelt (black only), Orr (white only), and Marshall (black only). On Oct. 1, 1965, Keppel declared Chicago schools to be in non-compliance with Civil Rights Act. But Daley fought back by insisting on an investigation of Keppel, and by consulting President Johnson (LBJ). LBJ caved in to Daley’s request because LBJ wanted Daley’s support in the upcoming 1968 election. Keppel was then removed from his position as watchdog for the Civil Rights Act, and Daley got the federal money (p. 335-336, 350-353).
CONCLUSION. As is evident, most of the book is about race relations. If you need details of Daley’s accomplishments relating to business, economic development, highways, transportation, manufacturing, and such, one might want to consult another source. For those interested in proceeding to a more detailed book, I might recommend CHICAGO POLITICS — WARD BY WARD by David K. Fremon.

This review is from: Boss: Richard J. Daley of Chicago
When “Boss” was originally released, the late Eleanor “Sis” Daley, the wife of Mayor Richard J. Daley, decried Mike Royko as a “hater.” That was high praise, indeed. Although superseded in some respects, this book remains relevant.
This entertaining book is a snapshot of the Daley and the Cook County Democratic Machine that he fine tuned and perfected. It was written at the approximate time of the conclusion of Daley’s fourth mayoral term. He would be returned to office twice more, for a total of six consecutive mayoral election victories, but he died in office in 1976 before the completion of his last term.
Daley ruled the city from 1955 until his death. His son, Richard M. Daley, is fast approaching his father’s record for mayoral longevity. Unlike his father, however, Richard M. Daley, rarely faced meaningful opposition from a viable Republican Party. The son’s few electoral fights have been intraparty affairs. Richard M. Daley had to contest elections against an opposition party that was still capable of electing Republican candidates into such important county offices as State’s Attorney, Sheriff, Treasurer, School Superintendent and County Board President at intervals.
I always regretted the fact that “Boss” was Mike Royko’s only full length book. Yes, there were other books issued that made use of Royko’s name, but, in reality, these were merely compilations of his previously published daily newspaper columns.
Royko was a popular columnist with the late, great “Chicago Daily News,” perhaps the last great newspaper to be published in the city. Afterwards, he continued to type op-ed columns for “The Chicago Sun-Times” and, after Rupert Murdoch purchased the Sun-Times, he concluded his career at “The Chicago Tribune.” Royko was still a regular featured columnist at the Tribune at the time of his death. When he was on the top of his game, the cynical Royko was a worthy successor to Peter Finley Dunne.

The Dark Side of the Clinton Regime, December 30, 2000
This review is from: The Clinton Chronicles Book
This book is actually an anthology of writings by a series of people who claim to know the real Bill and Hillary Clinton. The writers of these articles are: a former Arkansas Supreme Court judge, a retired military officer who examines the reasons why Bill Clinton is a terrible Commander-in-Chief of our nation’s military apparatus, as well as a few others, such as the son of Jerry Parks. Jerry was assassinated, apparently to prevent information damaging to Bill Clinton from seeing the light of day. The book is the written record of the Clinton Chronicles video tape, which made waves early in the Clinton administration, and which Amazon.com carries for a pretty reasonable price. I should mention that I haven’t seen the video tape, but decided to read the book instead.
This is pretty standard fare for the anti-Clinton brigade. We are shown the usual portrait of Bill Clinton; the draft dodging, the financial scams involving Don Tyson, the infamous Mena drug trafficking scam, the Jerry Parks assassination, the cocaine addiction, and the Dan Lasater connection. Probably the best part of the book, as well as the longest article, is the one that shows why Bill Clinton is unfit to be the head of our nation’s military. In this article we see how Clinton pulled every string in the book to avoid serving in Vietnam, which includes his famous letter to his draft board. We also find out that Clinton took a trip behind the Iron Curtain, and even went to Moscow. The details of what happened during this trip are shrouded in mystery, but it is pointed out that this trip alone would be enough to deny anyone a security clearance. Since Clinton is the chief executive, he is immune to the checks that would block a security clearance. We also see Clinton’s foreign policy blunders in Haiti and Somalia. The Somalia fiasco cost American lives, since Clinton officials insisted that the Rangers involved in the operation sholdn’t have armored carriers or tanks as back-up. Clinton and his touchy-feely administrators apparently didn’t want any Somali people to get shot. These critiques are devastating and are appropriate accusations that should have been raised. The media is too busy to raise these questions, as they spend most of their time standing around gazing at the Clinton family with stars in their eyes.
An average book, but necessary for those who are examining the Clinton regime, and want to understand how one man has caused so much damage to our country. It also reveals some nice tidbits. Did you know that Clinton never finished his Rhodes scholarship? He didn’t. So much for Mr. Intellectual, I guess.

I thought it to be the most revealing information ever., January 4, 1999
This review is from: New Clinton Chronicles video
It does leave you with the burning question of how could a virtual criminal,( who has been able to have used every devious means ie. murder, charactor assassination, media blackout etc.to cover up his tracks) have gotten to be appointed the top position in the land. He has, of course covered his tracks so well and has the Media doing tricks for him, that he has the bulk of the nation, with his boyish smile, deceived of his and Hillarys corruption. I’m appalled, but more appalled because one can’t get the networks to acknowledge his corruption . They give false polling results. All of the chief News Networks commentators offer Polls based on 500 randomly polled people, that they claim, want him to stay in office. They claim are 65-70%. Its like they are being blackmailed to do his, “White House” spindoc work. Is it because they’re are 85% democrats in the media world. They don’t tell you where the polls were taken or what questions were asked. They just give you the bogus information trying to stir the absent minded to fall in line with the what they portray as the majority. If you look at the polls of 250,000 people polled by aol, the stats are completely reversed. There is no doubt, there is a conspiracy to keep his corruption out of the light. Thus he gets away with literal murder, because of the control he has either through buying the media off or blackmailing the staff with Hoovers old files supplied by Janet Reno. “You play ball with me or else I’ll expose your indescretions”. perhaps use a 3rd party like Flynt, so it won’t look as though his White House spindoc’s were trying to blackmail the house or Senate. If this dosent get exposed to the public we aree doomed.
A timely, urgent polemic destined to be an important historical document, April 20, 2008
This review is from: Obama: The Postmodern Coup – Making of a Manchurian Candidate )
I am pleased to see that there are already two positive and perceptive reviews of this new book. I will try to encourage readers who might be skeptical of the basic tenets of this book to look beyond some of the words such as “Fascist” and “Trilateral Commission” to find out what these terms actually mean. While this book is clearly polemical in tone, it supports what may appear at first blush to be outrageous or merely facile claims with erudite historical background, much as Mr Tarpley did in George Bush: The Unauthorized Biography. Mr Tarpley’s attack on Obama must be understood as a thoughtful, considered attack from the moderate left, not the illiterate vituperative attack one often hears from the rabid Right.
Why should Americans be concerned about Fascism in 2008? Before you say, “Why, indeed?”, doubtless thinking of the current Cheney-Bush regime, one should look at the early history of Fascism, which was controlled by bankers but given left radical anti-establishment cover in its nascent stage.
From pp. 19-20:
“The radical, anti-establishment, and leftist overtones of fascism may be the hardest
for the present day American to grasp. Mussolini, Hitler, Franco, and their ilk appear
in retrospect as right wing extremists of the most exasperated type. But it should be
recalled that Mussolini in his early career as a socialist, and that even Hitler
insisted on calling his movement national socialism.”
“Obama – The Postmodern Coup” goes on to give a brief history of European Fascism, drawing parallels with current and possible near future events in America and elsewhere.
The Trilateral Commission plays a big role in this book, particularly as its co-founder Zbigniew Brzezinski is Obama’s primary advisor. The failed Jimmy Carter Presidency was dubbed the “Trilateral Presidency” at the time due to the overwhelming influence of the Trilateral Commission on Carter’s presidency. Mr Tarpley analyzes the Carter Presidency very closely, and offers it as a mirror to a possible Obama Presidency. The candidacy periods are already eerily similar, which should lead one to draw some very obvious conclusions about a possible Obama presidency. Trilateralist and former FCC chairman (1979-87), Paul Adolf Volker, he of the 22% prime rate that aided in the de-industrialization of the USA, is firmly in the Obama camp. Beware!
An important concept to understand in this critique is the CIA Color Revolution/People Power coups that have been staged with varying degrees of success in Ukraine, Serbia, Georgia and Belarus. This book maintains that the Obama candidacy is just such a coup. As outrageous as that sounds, the book makes an excellent case to support this claim. If you do not understand what is behind the demonstrations last year in Myanmar, and this year in Tibet, this book will enlighten you.
Mr Tarpley espouses a concept of periodic party re-alignments and believes that 2008 marks the possible beginning of a new re-alignment. This appears to be a valid concept, and lends increased urgency to his call to stop the Obama coup in its tracks.
This book is as much a critique of Zbigniew Brzezinski as it is of Obama. One cannot understand the Obama candidacy without an understanding of Brzezinski and what he stands for. While Brzezinski has claimed that he does not play an important role for Obama, the European press at least sees through this, as documented. Brzezinski the petty revanchist, the dangerous Russophobe, the evil genius who destroyed the Carter Presidency, is exposed in detail. Many on the Left are fooled into thinking that the splitting up of larger nations such as Yugoslavia, Iraq and Turkey is always a good thing. Brzezinski thinks so too, but not out of benevolence. From p. 109:
“Zbig claims that the real goal of the
world-wide awakening is “dignity.” By dignity he means respect for
every minute parochial or particularist trait of every real or imagined
ethnic group and sub-group. It is the kind of dignity that reduces those
who enjoy it from the status of independent nations to mere
ethnographic material. Such dignity as Zbig imagines it can only be
attained by the smallest possible political units – by the thorough
balkanization, partition, and subdivision of the existing national
states.”
Mr Tarpley shows in detail how this balkanization is designed solely to make these areas easier for a hegemon to control. In case you didn’t know, these plans tend to backfire, as the two World Wars have demonstrated.
Two other authors, Bruce Marshall and Jonathan Mowat, also contributed chapters to this book. Bruce Marshall exposes Obama’s proposal for a National Infrastructure Reinvestment Bank (NIRB) as a Wall Street boondoggle, not a return to the values of FDR as claimed. Mr Marshall also exposes the incompetence and duplicity of Democratic Party Chairman Howard Dean. Dr Dean is planning a pre-convention convention (perhaps in June) of the super delegates to try to get them to commit to Obama before the convention in August. Jonathan Mowat’s chapter, “The new Gladio in action?”, while it pre-dates the 2008 electoral race, details the CIA coups in Ukraine, Serbia and Georgia and outlines the roles of CIA front groups including the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and Gene Sharp’s sadly mis-named Albert Einstein Institution.
As one other reviewer commented, if appointments were made on merit, Mr Tarpley would be a distinguished professor at a large university. This book was produced under great time pressures, and as such was not as tightly edited as it would otherwise have been. While it lacks an index, I overcame that by ordering a fully searchable pdf copy that I was able to download instantly after making my payment. While this is an “instant” book, it should endure as an important historical document, regardless of the outcome of the 2008 conventions and elections. I give it my highest recommendation.

This review is from: George Bush: The Unauthorized Biography
The authors explain the life and times of president G.Bush I as a man who is a major chess piece in the network of the mighty investment bank Brown Brothers Harriman and the freemason lodge `Skull and Bones’.
The authors sketch a dark picture of an oligarch in the Platonic sense: G. Bush as a scion of a wealthy patrician family, born to reign over the `democratic masses’.
Politically, G. Bush was implicated in the Iran-Contras scandal, the Panama and first Iraq invasions, the replacement of Formosa (Taiwan) by the PR of China (negotiating lucrative deals for his friends). He buried the investigation into the Hinckley (a brother of a friend of one of his sons) shooting of President Reagan.
Economically, he defended his friends in the Pennzoil-Texaco trial about the take-over of Getty Oil. He saved the NCBC (NationsBank) from bankruptcy by `massive favors and graft at the expense of the tax payer’. He relentlessly intervened on behalf of the oil cartels for their ground-tax privileges and oil depletion allowances. His war on drugs was only `rhetorical’.
Ideologically, the authors state that he sided with those propagating population control, eugenics, race science and the `inferiority’ of the blacks.
Personally, they stress his mental instability and his `boundless lust for power’.
Original but important is their analysis of the Watergate scandal. For them it is a coup d’état, instrumental in laying the basis for an authoritarian-totalitarian regime, not less than a rearrangement of the dominant institutions of the US government in favor of the intelligence communities.
Nixon was dumped for his inability to manage the collapse of the dollar. However, as W. Engdahl explains in his magisterial book `A century of Wars’, the subsequent oil crisis and the colossal oil price hike in 1973 catapulted the dollar and the US financial institutions again at the zenith of wealth power.
This extremely well researched book (no libel suit!) constitutes a major information source and a must read for all those interested in US history.

Yes There are Really Conspiracies!, February 14, 2003
This review is from: George Bush the Unauthorized Biography
If it walks like a conspiracy, talks like a conspiracy, and acts like a conspiracy, it is very possible that we might have a conspiracy. The apologists of the status quo, particularly the Bushies and the corporate establishment to which they are beholden, seek to ridicule books like this and say they are all part of an absurd conspiracy syndrome. What they fervently hope is that you will not dare read them. Had enough Americans read this sizzler it is entirely possible that Bush Junior’s forces may not have been close enough on election night to remain within stealing distance of the presidential election, finally achieved through the legal prostitution of Federal Society cronies, including one subservient Uncle Tom with a penchant for Rush Limbaugh, namely Clarence Thomas.
When you read this book you wonder long and hard about whether this was really such an unfortunate coincidence that Bush Sr. in his mudslinging 1988 campaign had ardent Nazis working in his minorities division. It was only when Congressman Stephen Solarz and others sniffed the foul odor and rose up in indignation that the elder Bush expressed dismay and dismissed the miscreants, expressing shock in the process.
Just rewind from 1988 to Tarpley’s analysis of how the Bush family got rolling in the banking business, with juicy contracts with the Nazis and strengthening of the Third Reich war machine through loans and subsequent sales for pig iron. Then there was that strange society that still remains, and which Poppy and Junior both belonged to at Yale, along with William F. Buckley Jr., “Skull and Bones.” Just a few harmless fraternity pranksters? I doubt it. Check out the records of the members through the years and observe all the hellish havoc they have reeked on America and throughout various portions of the world. It all happened by accident? Hardly. Yes, well, it might actually be a conspiracy! But conspiracies don’t exist. Ask any loyal Bushie.
This book has become an underground classic and rightfully so. Its author knows literally where certain bodies are buried vis-a-vis the Bush clan and is not afraid to reveal the facts. Thank God there are a few people out there like Tapley who will not be intimidated and continue to speak the truth no matter what the potential consequences might be.

This review is from: America’s Secret Establishment: An Introduction to the Order of Skull & Bones
Antony Sutton in writing “America’s Secret Establishment” two decades ago set in motion the analytical wherewithal for tracing its activities beyond his death. Sutton may be dead, but the important questions he raised about Skull and Bones and this secret society’s impact on U.S. and world political and economic policies become more paramount with each passing year.
The 2004 presidential election was the first in history to pit two members of Yale University’s super secretive Skull and Bones society against each other. In this case the word “against” may well prove to be a figure of speech. To quote the legendary British author Lewis Carroll, the 2004 race may well be proven historically to be, despite its feints and dodges in an effort to attain legitimacy, “a battle between Tweedledum and Tweedledee.”
Some scrutinizing individuals, mindful of Sutton’s work in this and other works indicating that often the left theoretically represented by the Democrats and the right theoretically represented by the Republicans are merely two wings of the same bird, representing the same establishment while going through the motions of seemingly democratic competition. These individuals were scoffed at in the same manner as those who were skeptical of the Warren Commission Report following its release, being denounced as “conspiracy buffs.” The mainstream media denounces those who continue to pursue evidence of cheating in the 2004 presidential election in Ohio, Florida, New Mexico and elsewhere as “spreadsheet conspiracy theorists.”
While belittling skeptics who wondered if democracy might well be seriously jeopardized by two Skull and Bones candidates vying for the presidency, it is insightful to note what occurred when Bush, seeking a four year extension after his highly controversial “victory” four years earlier against Al Gore by a one vote margin in the U.S. Supreme Court, was asked about Skull and Bones. “I can’t say anything about that,” Bush responded with a nervous expression in contrast to his widely reputed swaggering manner.
Sutton acknowledges that he had inside sources providing his information on Skull and Bones. An established element is that members are sworn to secrecy. The question should be asked: Does the vow of secrecy presumably taken by both Bush and Kerry supersede any implied covenant with the American people to operate on its behalf as part of what is labeled a democratic nation? Do Skull and Bones pledges of secrecy apply to the “new democracy” Bush and his neoconservative operatives led by Dick Cheney purport to be building in Iraq and throughout the Middle East?
Sutton’s conclusions dovetail with those of other courageous authors seeking to pierce the Skull and Bones veil of secrecy. As Sutton notes, prospective pledges are contacted in their junior years and, if accepted, belong to the organization only one year at Yale as seniors.
Contrasting Skull and Bones with other fraternal organizations, Sutton points out the important distinction of obtaining pledges for only the final critical year at Yale, whereas fraternities are known for seeking pledges as freshmen. Sutton’s point is well taken, that the reason for concentrating on seniors is the focus on their lives beyond Yale. As John Huston, playing a corrupt corporate magnate who controls Los Angeles in the 1974 film “Chinatown” replies in response to a question from private detective Jake Gittes, played by Jack Nicholson, as to why he is so power hungry when he is able to buy anything he could ever reasonably want: “The future, Mr. Gittes, the future!”
The future appears to have been well taken care of by the coalescing of Skull and Bones members. Sutton explains that the organization follows the dialectical line of reasoning of German philosopher Hegel, in which 1) thesis and 2) antithesis are ultimately integrated into 3) synthesis. He points out that this is what makes otherwise contradictory behavior explainable, such as major Wall Street brokerage firms such as Brown Brothers-Harriman, where George W. Bush’s grandfather Prescott worked alongside famous Democratic Party name Averell Harriman as needed funds were supplied to both Hitler’s Third Reich and Stalin’s Soviet Union.
Follow Sutton’s line of reasoning and fill in the blanks. It makes the seemingly politically incomprehensible emerge as highly plausible and chillingly prescient.

This review is from: Secrets of the Tomb: Skull and Bones, the Ivy League, and the Hidden Paths of Power
Describing Yale as “an institution that presents itself far less as an academic school than as a social game,” author Robbins delves into the history of the university itself in an effort to explain the evolution of its secret societies–Skull and Bones, in particular–and to rationalize their continuing existence. Quoting documents from the archives, she cites religious zealotry, student rankings by social status and family background, a veneration of tradition, and the promotion of ultra-conservative values at Yale in the 19th century as factors in the development of these societies during that time. Literary, debating, and drama societies, open to all students, evolved and disbanded during these years, but the secret societies survived, providing in the absence of a residential college system, a bonding experience which fulfilled unmet social needs.
Skull and Bones is highly selective, tapping only fifteen seniors each year, but the networks members forge among themselves, with faculty who were members, and with powerful alumni endure for a lifetime. Bushes, Buckleys, Bundys, Rockefellers, Tafts, and others have formed and exploited their secret society networks in government and foreign policy, the CIA, finance, and business. Robbins firmly debunks, however, the rumors of an “international mafia,” a real estate cabal, neo-Nazi philosophy, and the notion that this is the “most powerful secret society the world has ever known.”
Herself a member of a “kindred Yale secret society,” Robbins can hardly be expected to represent the point of view of the 90% of the campus which is not tapped for secret societies, which, now admitting women and minorities, seem to be trying to represent the college’s demographics more fairly. She never really deals with the inherent elitism (or tokenism) which the selection process represents, however, and I disagree with her contention that secret societies are necessary in our lives: “The secret society–like the power of the elitist, old-school colleges…–survives because people like to believe that seemingly random events are orchestrated by someone or something in control…they need causality in much the same way as they need a God. People’s need for the Skull and Bones conspiracies to elucidate an underlying order is similar to the need for religion to explain death and purpose.” As long as people believe this, secret societies will endure. THE MAGICAL POWER of COMPOUNDING!!

Assume you went to work for someone, and agreed to work 8 hours per day, 5 days each week = 40 hours per week. You then were negotiating on how much per hour to work for. You told the employer you would work for 1cent per hour to start, but for every hour you worked, he would have to double the previous hours pay. If he did agree to this, before the first week was half over, he would probably default on the agreement or shortly go broke. Here’s why:

This review is from: The True Story of the Bilderberg Group
“In 1954, the most powerful men in the world met for the first time under the auspices of the Dutch royal crown and the Rockefeller family at the luxurious Hotel Bilderberg in the small Dutch town of Oosterbeck. For an entire weekend, the debated the future of the world. When it was over, they decided to meet once every year to exchange ideas and analyze international affairs. They named themselves the Bilderberg Group. Since then, they have gathered yearly in a luxurious hotel somewhere in the world to try to decide the future of humanity. Among the select members of this club are Bill Clinton, Paul Wolfowitz, Henry Kissinger, David Rockefeller, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Tony Blair and many other heads of government, businessmen, politicians, bankers and journalists from all over the world,” writes journalist Daniel Estulin in the opening paragraph of the introduction to his must-read book, The True Story of the Bilderberg Group.
“Nevertheless, in the more than fifty years of their meetings, the press has never been allowed to attend, no statements have ever been released on the attendees’ conclusions, nor has any agenda for a Bilderberg meeting been made public,” Estulin notes.
For some 15 years, Estulin has been a thorn in the sides of the Bilderbergers, relentlessly hunting down their secret meeting places, gaining inside sources who divulge what goes on behind closed doors, even photographing attendees and publicly disclosing it all. Now he has put it all in a book that every person who values freedom and democracy should read.
The Bilderbergers are so secretive that they even try to hide, until the last minute, the location of their gathering places. Attendance is by invitation only and if an invitee’s name is publicly disclosed beforehand, he or she is disinvited.
Perhaps these three quotes will explain what the secrecy is all about. The Times of London in 1977 called the Bilderbergers “a clique of the richest, economically and politically most powerful and influential men in the Western world, who meet secretly to plan events that later appear just to happen.”
Said Bilderberg Group founder Prince Bernhard of The Netherlands, “It is difficult to re-educate people who have been brought up on nationalism to the idea of relinquishing part of their sovereignty to a supranational body.” (The late prince has been replaced by his daughter, Queen Beatrix, who regularly attends the Bilderberg meetings.)
Former British Defense Minister Denis Healey, put it this way, “World events do not occur by accident. They are made to happen, whether it is to do with national issues or commerce; and most of them are staged and managed by those who hold the purse strings.”
Every US president since Eisenhower has either belonged to the Bilderberg Group or its older parallel group, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), or been approved by them. As Estulin wrote, the race is no contest when you own both horses. That is why no matter which political party is in power nothing really changes other than the packaging. The puppets who drink at the champagne fountains of the powerful do the bidding of their masters. The people are superfluous to the process.
And it’s not just in the US. The Bilderberg Group and its parallel groups, among which are the CFR, the Trilateral Commission (founded by David Rockefeller and Brzezinski), the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA) based at Chatham House in London, and their interlocking memberships are at work throughout the Western world and are endeavoring to get their hooks into the rest. The European Union is their baby.
When Bilderberger Margaret Thatcher, the high priestess of privatization, balked on adopting the euro as the UK’s currency, the Bilderbergers had her dumped as prime minister and replaced by John Major.
Like the CFR, which in the course of its history has embraced and financed the Bolsheviks, Communists, Socialists, Nazis and fascists, the Bilderbergers also play all sides. Thus, in 1980, the Bilderbergers decided François Mitterand was to be resurrected and restored to power as France’s next president. After attending the 1999 Bilderberg meeting, Romano Prodi was sworn in as president of Europe in the fall of that year; when his termed ended in 2005, he was elected prime minister of Italy.
Estulin makes it clear that these people will use any means — legal or illegal — in pursuit of their goal of total subjugation to their New World Order or One World Company, as they prefer to call it: wars, coups, assassinations; control of banking, finance, business, the media, education (dumbing down all but an elite needed to run things) and even religion to keep people in check.
He notes that David Rockefeller said in his Memoirs, “Some even believe we are a part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure — one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty and I am proud of it.”
Incorporated in this group are the neoconservatives — “those who have determined that Israel’s security should come at the expense of the safety to the United States and be central to all US foreign policy decisions.” Richard Perle is a regular attendee at Bilderberg meetings. Michael Ledeen attended the 2005 meeting.
Media moguls such as Rupert Murdock, the now disgraced Conrad Black, Viacom (parent company of CBS) CEO Sumner Redstone, the Washington Post’s Katherine Graham (now deceased), Washington Post columnists Jim Hoagland and Charles Krauthammer, New York Times Editor Arthur Sulzberger and columnist Thomas L. Friedman, William F. Buckley, Jr., and Bill Moyers have all been Bilderberg meeting invitees.
“The ideas and policies that come out of the Bilderberg annual meetings are used to generate the news in the leading periodicals and news groups of the world. The point is to make the prevalent opinions of the Bilderbergers so appealing that they become public policy and to pressure world leaders unto submitting to the ‘needs of the Masters of the Universe.’ The ‘free world press’ is completely at the mercy of the Bilderbergers disseminating the agreed upon propaganda,” Estulin points out.
This is just a smattering of the information Estulin has managed to pack into his well-written 340-page book, complete with photographs, documents and an index.
If all this seems far-fetched, look around. America has been stripped of its industrial base. The good jobs have been or are being offshored, while Americans are working harder and longer at service sector jobs for less pay and fewer to no benefits. Americans have been dumbed down in public and private schools, universities and colleges. Their only worth now is as consumers of mainly foreign made goods. They are kept in check by religion, sports, idiotic “reality” TV, video games and anything else that turns off thinking.
Democracy, freedom and national sovereignty are anathema to the wannabe masters of the universe. But the Bilderbergers and their parallel groups and allied think tanks have been working to do away with all three. Elections have been rigged. The US, Canada and Great Britain are on the verge of becoming police states, The US, Canada and Great Britain are on the verge of becoming police states, thanks to the bogus “war on terror” used to pump up people’s fears. All that remains in their grand plan is to replace the last vestiges of sovereign nations with a series of regional unions that they will control via the United Nations, outlawing all nationalism.
But they may have overplayed their hand, as the grand scheme is fraying around the edges. Not all Europeans are ready to surrender their countries’ sovereignty to the EU. Canadians who know more about the plan for a North American Union than Americans are diametrically opposed to it. A revitalized Russia, which has a historical wariness of outsiders, has its own ideas. And despite all the Western investment in China, Beijing is proving to be a problem in its refusal to float the yuan to bail out the financial mess the greedy Bilderberger bankers and financiers have made, which may explain the Carlyle Group’s sale of 9.9 percent of itself to the Chinese as a hoped for hook to bring China to their table.
As the old adage says, knowledge is power, and Daniel Estulin is providing every reader of The True Story of the Bilderberg Group with the knowledge they need to aid in destroying the Bilderbergers’ grand plan by bringing it to the attention of family, friends and colleagues. It is up to us to get this book into as many hands as possible, because Estulin will get no help promoting it from the corporate media.
Collectively, the people hold the power save themselves and that frightens the Bilderbergers and their cohorts the most. But that power is useless if the people refuse to exercise it or surrender it to those who would enslave us.

This review is from: America: From Freedom to Fascism
Russo has done a good introduction to some of the ills that are facing this nation and the world. This documentary is a starting point for information that more people need to know, discuss and share. He has appropriately singled out the Federal Reserve as public enemy no. 1. (The other side being that we could really use a moral and spiritual re-awakening, but I count Russo and this documentary as being part of that.)
A previous reviewer has made comments about the Fed that are quite inaccurate and Russo is on the mark. The Fed did not end the “run on banks”, the act creating the Federal Depository Insurance Corp did that and is totally separate from the Fed. The fact is more banks failed after the creation of the Fed than at any time previously. What the Fed did was consolidate the money creating power behind the largest banks, who own the majority of the Fed. It also gave those same banks an essential monopoly on creating money through the legal tender law. The supposed or stated purpose of the Fed was to stabilize the value of the dollar which was a false pretext as the dollar has lost 96% of its value since the creation of the Fed. Read “The Truth in Money Book” or “The Creature from Jekyll Island” to understand how the Fed and our banking system operates. Our banking system, through charging people interest on what it creates out of thin air, has a hand in everyone’s pocket and we would be a much wealthier nation with a different system of creating money.
A few years back (in 2000) I did a calculation to estimate how much we were paying to the banks and other institutions for the “privilege” of our money supply through the payment of interest. It came out to $1500 per year per man, woman and child in the US. I also calculated an estimate of how much it would be if we simply did an accounting system of money creation, based on existing assets, without interest, which is entirely possible and much, much more practical. That came to approximately $150 per person. That means if we had money creation without interest (without usury) everybody in the country on average would have $1350 more money to spend every year. What would that do for our economy and standard of living especially when the multiplier effect is considered? Huh?
The vast majority of people do not understand how our monetary system and the Federal Reserve, that is fractional reserve banking, operate. It is truly the story of “The Emperor Has No Clothes”. We think that we go into the bank to borrow other peoples’ money and the bank makes its profit from the differential in the interest it pays to account holders and the interest it receives from borrowers. This is a fiction. The money deposited in banks is used to maintain the cash flow of demand accounts such as checking and savings. It is held as a reserve to meet current demands, i.e. withdrawals. The money that is borrowed is created by the bank , it wasn’t there before. The amount of reserves limit the amount of money the bank can create. Banks can loan or create 10 times the amount of money that they have in demand deposits. For time deposits such as CDs the multiple is even much greater.
So money in our system is created through debt by borrowers. When we go to a bank and borrow, the money is only then created by a ledger entry, out of thin air, to our account. We agree to pay back the debt plus interest. That is the cost of the money supply. The big problem is that not only is it a very expensive way to create money, only the money we borrowed is created, not the interest that we have contracted to pay back. We live in a system where we never have enough money in total to pay back all the debts that have been contracted. We are always short of money unless the money supply is continually expanded, i.e. inflation. Whenever the Fed wants to get a grip on inflation or slow the expansion of money, it cuts back on the money supply by raising interest rates. This engenders even more shortages of money and a number of people are forced into default, foreclosure and bankruptcy because there simply is not enough money in the market place to cover the debts. This forced default of individuals is inherent in our monetary system. The people who loose are those who are not overly aggressive, greedy or cunning in the market place … in addition to those who just make bad business choices. In other words, our monetary system encourages even more greed and cunning in the market place than needs to be there. There are a number of other really bad effects of this system but time and space do not allow to express all here. On the whole it really sucks, big time!!! There needs to be a good documentary about this. And then get people to watch it. We need to be more aware about what is going on, ’cause it’s a lot and we are paying the price for not knowing and our children will continue to pay the price!
Russo is absolutely accurate in his assessment that we need to get rid of the Fed as the main money creator. It’s unconstitutional to boot, though no one in congress or the administration care much about the constitution. After all they are the ones who have been selling us down the river for a long time now.
So it’s not just the illegality of the income tax, it is even more the illegality and immorality of the fractional reserve banking system which is embodied in the Fed. We would be a LOT better off without it. Yes, it works, but it works at price where we are slowly being consumed, falling more and more into debt. Already (think national debt, social security and medicare, plus a humongous private debt), if you do accrual accounting, almost all of us are bankrupt! The ones who aren’t are the ones who have their money off shore, i.e. international corporations, large banks, old money, and some forward looking individuals, etc.
This film is a good wake up call. I pray that we wake up!!!
This review is from: The Creature From Jekyll Island: A Second Look At the Federal Reserve
By Guy Denutte “A concerned citizen”
This is the most important economic textbook since Marx wrote Das Capital. Whereas Marx goes great lengths explaining all the problems concerning the *production cycles* of capitalism, Griffin explains the *money supply* side. And this ends up being even more disturbing. Griffin explains that money is created “out of nothing”, worse even, out of “less than nothing”, out of DEBT. Whenever the government is in need of money, they “lend” it to the Federal Reserve, which, by the way, isn’t a government institution, but a cartel of private banks, invented by the Rockefeller and Morgan families in Jekyll Island in 1910 and established by Congress in 1913. This Fed “creates” the money the government needs in the form of government bonds, ultimately made out of “paper and ink”. Government then spends this money (payment to contractors etc.) and this money ends up as deposits in private bank accounts, where it is used in turn to back up private loans. More money is created “out of nothing”, since banks typically lend 9 dollars for each dollar they have in deposit ! As you can see, all money is created out of debt. Would all debts be paid, all money would literally… disappear… Money which is not backed up by gold is thus an illusion.
Now, governments do all what is in their power to be indebted. Remember Bush and Obama rescued “Banks Too Big To Fail” (sic) and other Big Corporations, each time with more than 700 billion USD, without even raising taxes ! They even did better ! They lowered taxes at the same time ! Ever wondered how they perform this fascinating trick? Read this important book. Griffin shows that recollecting taxes isn’t really necessary. But we DO end up paying those bills, every time government decides to “create money out of nothing”. Don’t be mistaken. Every time our governments expand the money supply, inflation goes up, and our money ends up being worth less. In 1966, when Greenspan was still a brilliant economist and not a corrupted chairman of the Fed, he called inflation a “hidden confiscation of wealth”.
The first edition of Griffin’s book was published in 1994, and has very important historical explanations and references. If you – like me – heard once too much that the actual crisis is similar to the Great Depression of the `30s, and always wanted to know what really happened then, then this book will sort it all out. As a *complementary work* in which the current crisis is explained in great detail, I would also highly recommend Kevin Phillips Bad Money: Reckless Finance, Failed Politics, and the Global Crisis of American Capitalism.
By David M. Dougherty
This book is a must read for every American even though I gave it only three stars. The content is excellent, if a little overblown in some areas, well-documented, but unfortunately misses the 500 pound gorilla in the living room. As far as it goes, the book is a good read, but there is much, much more that needs to be added. The primary problem is not with the author’s contention that the US, Canada and Mexico are well down the road towards an economic union like that of the EU — that part is now beyond scholarly dispute even though our Representatives and Senators prefer to deny what is happening. They have their own agenda — to become re-elected — and they know that national sovereignty is an issue the American people feel strongly about. Note the furor over illegal immigration and the popular support for better policing of our borders. Nonetheless, there is no question that the vast majority of our politicians from both parties are selling us out — Corsi’s book demonstrates that. So what is missing? How about the Bilderberg plan in 1996 to push Canada into seeking an economic union with the US? That failed when a few courageous reporters broke the story in Canada of the secret meeting of the Bilderbergs and how the plan was to work. Public outrage killed the scheme for the next few years. How about the fact that the Bilderberg Group is not mentioned at all, the Trilateral Commission (TC) only in passing where a North American Union was proposed, and even the machinations of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is treated lightly? The Bilderberg Group is the capstone organization dedicated to bringing about a new One World Order, and the next great step in their formation of a supra-national state is the creation of a North American Union. The Trilateral Commission is dedicated to seeing the eventual economic (& later political) union of Europe, North America and Japan, but Corsi elected not to include such material.
To this end the Bilderbergs, TC and CFR have attempted to manipulate and control the US Federal Government with varying success. Since World War II the CFR has pretty much possessed a stranglehold on top bureaucratic positions in the Federal Government, and the TC even ran their own Manchurian Candidate successfully for President. That was Jimmy Carter, selected by Zbigniew Brzezinski in 1973, ordained by David Rockefeller, and catapulted into the presidency from nowhere in seven months with Bilderberg backing. Hopefully, everyone remembers the misery index of the Carter Presidency. Now we are experiencing the same thing, but this time nothing has been left to chance. Zbig recruited Barack Obama while at Columbia, and the Bilderberg handlers have guided his career, arranged for both his elections to the Illinois State Senate and US Senate almost without opposition, and now they are ready to complete their control of the Federal Government with him as their front man. Once again, we have an unknown candidate coming from nowhere. It does not matter what Obama says or promises — only what his Bilderberg handlers want to happen. When the gasoline price rise affected Obama’s campaign adversely, the Bilderbergs brought it down in the steepest fall in history. To force the economic situation into the primary campaign issue, the monetary crisis was timed to take place when it could be most effective. Bilderberg member Chris Dodd moved it along, and Bilderberg member Henry Paulson scared the pants off everyone and forced through a 700 billion dollar series of payments of taxpayer money to Bilderberg-controlled financial institutions. Poor McCain never knew what hit him. Bilderberg member George Soros made sure Obama’s campaign was well financed, TC and CFR members brought his organization to a high state of efficiency, and the public was wowed through almost hypnotic oratory. What a deal. That’s why Corsi needs to update this book, particularly after Obama wins the election. Only the House of Representatives can be a brake on the US’s march into the One World Order, most immediately through halting the creation of a North American Union and other Bilderberg initiatives such as gun control and the formation of Bilderberg-controlled PPPs (private-public partnerships). House members are up for re-election every two years, and it will be only by serious public outrage directed at them does the US have a chance to retain its sovereignty. At any rate, that will be our last chance short of civil war. The reader is advised to read every reference he can get his hands on that cover the Bilderbergs, Trilateral Commission and Council on Foreign Relations. Read and weep. Even the most even-handed are scary and could be considered alarmist. But is the person who pulls the fire alarm an alarmist? If you do not make your own hand drawn trading charts, or do not have charts available, you can go to www.stockcharts.com and print out charts to work with.
These techniques can be used on any time frame.
Having described the proper angles and their use in the first two articles, I will explain combining the Fibonacci retracements along with the angels for buying and selling opportunity’s in this article.
When a stock or whatever you are trading has been in an uptrend, then makes a top and starts down, you can calculate price zones to watch for it to stop and reverse back to the upside. These are Fibonacci retracements of 38.2%, 50%, and 61.8%. So if the bottom price on your chart was at 20 and the price worked its way up to 100 then stalled out and started down, it would have moved 80 points. You would calculate .382X 80 = 30 .50X80= 40 .618X80= 49 Then subtract each from the high price of 100 to get the Fibonacci retracement zone to watch for support and a reversal back up. 100-30= 70 100-40= 60 100-49=51 . So when the price falls to 70 you would be watching for signs of a reversal back to the upside and a continuation of the uptrend. If the price keeps going lower, the next zone to watch for reversal up is 60, and if it does not reverse there, you watch the 51 area. Many times prices will reverse at one of these retracement zones. You can do the same calculations in a falling market for retracements to the upside. When the price retraces to one of these pre calculated price zones and is also resting on or near the 45 or 22 ½ degree angle, you then have two technical indicators at the same point showing you the possibility of a price reversal is very strong. Properly drawn angles along with Fibonacci retracements can give very strong buy and sell signals. When you see these signals over and over you will become more confident and trade better with just technical indicators the way one of the worlds greatest traders W D Gann traded.
I DO NOT just run any degree angle along bottoms or tops and put the angle to the price action, but rather have the fixed 45, and 22 1/2 degree angles from major tops and bottoms, and let the price action come to the angles just the way W D Gann did it. www.aawealth.com
TRY this simple method on your charts and see if your trading improves.

You might have heard about government repossessed car auctions and are interested in buying yourself a car there at a huge discount. Or you could be interested in buying and reselling cars for profits. Whatever the reason, you need to know how to locate these government vehicle auctions!!
The vehicles sold are from repossession and the government is willing to sell them really cheap. Very often, their prices start at 90% off the retail prices. Obviously, when things are so cheap, do not expect them to have deep advertising budgets. A lot of government auto auctions are organized by small time private auctioneers. This kind of auction is what you should target as this means a high chance of buying at very low cheap prices with zero competition.
The fact that these auctions are hardly publicized makes it quite a challenge to find them.
But you came to the right place for information on auctions. We have information on several auction programs for you.
Besides government vehicles, we have information about mini storage auctions. Many times people can not continue to pay their storage fees, so their belongings are cleared out and auctioned off. You can now learn about these auctions, and how to participate.

Free Energy Magnetic Motors – What You Should Know About This Free Energy Solution
By Karl Landry
Free energy magnetic motors are energy efficient machines that can produce free energy through the use of a series of magnets. More homeowners are converting to these machines as the price for fossil fuel energy that is generated by large power companies increase each passing year.
Two of the most well known types of alternative energy is wind and solar power. You already know that wind power harness the abundance of wind and then converting it into usable electricity through wind generators. Meanwhile solar power utilizes the sunlight as an energy source. A solar system will convert the sun’s trapped rays to usable electricity through solar panels.
These energy efficient machines are great and can benefit any household. However, the problem is that these alternative energy sources are expensive to acquire in the first place. For example, solar panel systems are expensive due to the mandatory maintenance you have to conduct frequently and it can be years before you start to save.
Free energy magnetic motors are not as popular yet but many people find them more reasonable. These magnetic motors give you the opportunity to reduce a large amount of electricity expenses without having to wait years to do so.
These motors operate by making use of evenly spaced series of north facing magnets around the rim of a wheel. The north and south end polarity of magnets repel and attract one another to produce a rotational motor in the wheel.
The best part is that this rotating motor that produces free energy from the motor will spin indefinitely. What this means is that the magnetic motor will continue to produce more and more energy without ever stopping.
Although these motors aren’t popular yet, they will be soon enough.
If you decide to implement one of these generators on a full-scale, it will independently power your household, meaning, you won’t have to pay anything to the power company. Click Here and take a look at how you can begin producing free energy using one of these motors also known as a Permanent Magnet Generator.
Multilevel Marketing Strategy – Mistakes to Avoid
By Joshua Fuson
Multi-level marketing and advertising is really a business design where a parent organization markets their products straight to customers by way of one on one promoting as well as relationship selling.
So often, a new rep may start a brand new home business, and have no idea how to start. Immediately after his or her “warm market” goes away, these people usually get stuck, wanting to know the way to develop their own organization. The examples below are a handful of multi-level advertising guidelines that a rep may use to nurture their enterprise:
First: Avoid Your Warm Market
The Targeted market is tucked quietly away from your warm market”, and you may focus on your sector with a variety of techniques. If you wish to begin low-cost, a person can acquire a lead listing, of folks that have confirmed curiosity about your kind of goods and services.
You are able to generally buy or even lease these types of databases for under $0.10 per person’s name, and if in the beginning stages, can be quite a successful method to develop your organization. The down-side is that often it will take time to find the ones who tend to be genuinely enthusiastic about that which you possess.
For those who have a couple of dollars to put in the business, you should use more precise approaches and primary response to find individuals to reach out and contact you.
You may use the online market place, in addition to traditional advertising that may catch the attention of your market. The marketer should always give a great reason to respond at the end of a piece of marketing material, so the prospective client considering your bit of marketing understands how to proceed next to obtain more info. Its smart to acquire very good copy writing expertise when utilizing almost any published marketing.
Second: Be Structured
Regardless of what you employ to generate leads, you want some sort of filtration system in order to prospect successfully, present your product or service proficiently, as well as sign up the individuals efficiently. An excellent recruiting script, demonstration script, as well as closing script is going to do just that. Should you be calling your potential customers over the phone, you need to possess a prospecting system to screen your prospect, as well as peak their fascination with what you are promoting.
After that, throughout your business presentation, you need to map out your own personal story, the significance as well as advantage of your solutions, the facts about price, plus your earnings program.
During the closing, you need people that will object as well as take part in the particular purchasing course of action. You want to be able to respond to their particular purchasing questions as well as objections successfully, to show assurance, smoothness, as well as authority. And naturally, you need to request payment, generally more often than once.
Third: Show Them The Money
Having someone join is where it starts. You don’t truly commence to make your cash until post purchase. That’s when you’ve got to come through on their behalf, showing these people the huge benefits that you just assured, as well as provide them a method to enable them to develop an enterprise along with you if they so want. Becoming a director, you need an entire system which a rep may connect straight into, to see actual success.
Sharing with your brand new customer that in order to get their solution free of charge they will need to annoy their own relatives and buddies is a great way to eliminate recruits.
There is certainly a great deal of cash to be earned in multi-level advertising, but you need to treat it like a genuine enterprise. Legitimate organizations do not wish as well as pray their organization will magically blow up, and they do not depend on their relatives and buddies to be able to ensure it is lucrative. Be a great marketer, and it will end up being simple to become great multi-level marketer.
