Bob, I have instructed our property manager to move quickly on the leak problem. The Board has also requested, and the property manager has under way, an inspection and recommended solutions for all exterior surface problems.
As you may recall, we fired the previous property manager for various incompetencies. We have had generally excellent responses from the current property manager. If there are specific problems unsolved, we certainly want to address them promptly.
Your past efforts to solve problems some years ago without compensation are commendable. Those of us who give time and energy (also without compensation) to our condominium affairs understand your feelings and strive to do the right thing in a timely manner.
